Kuwait: Life seems to be getting back on track after the cases of Corona are reduced. On Thursday, the Kuwait cabinet announced the lifting of restrictions on flights with India. Corona guidelines will be followed during the journey.

There is good news for travelers going from India to Kuwait. According to the news agency Reuters, in a cabinet statement on Wednesday, it was said that Kuwait will once again resume commercial flights with India and Egypt along with other countries. During the visit, the COVID-19 measures prescribed by the Ministerial Committee will be carefully followed.
Apart from India, flights started from these countries
Apart from India, Kuwait is going to resume flights with Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Nepal. The Gulf country had suspended commercial flights from many countries, including India, on the advice of health officials amid the increase in corona cases. Kuwait’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced in April that all passengers arriving directly from India or from any other country would not be allowed entry into Kuwait unless they had spent at least 14 days outside India.

Earlier this month, the United Arab Emirates lifted the ban on entry of travelers from India and five other countries with effect from August 5. Let us tell you that the ban on travel from India to UAE is still in force. Indians who hold a valid residency visa permit and have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days prior to travel are placed in the special exempted category.
Good traffic being seen on the route
International flights from India to Dubai were suspended on 22 April. This decision was taken in view of the second wave of Corona in India. From 7 August, the UAE opened its doors for flights coming from India. For a few days after the commencement of the flights, there was fear and lack of confidence among the passengers, but now the route is witnessing good traffic.
