Former Punjab Chief Minister and Congress leader Captain Amarinder Singh has met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. After this meeting, it was said on behalf of Amarinder Singh’s media advisor, ‘Captain Amarinder Singh has met Union Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. The long-running farmers’ movement and agricultural laws were discussed during the meeting. The former CM has urged the Union Minister to withdraw this law at the earliest and guarantee the MSP. It is being said that this meeting lasted for about 45 minutes.

Captain Amarinder Singh has recently tendered his resignation from the post of CM of Punjab. After the resignation of Captain, many things are being said about this program of his Delhi. There is a lot of discussion in the political circles that he had reached Delhi with some big initiative regarding three new agricultural laws. It is being said that they can play a big role in ending the farmers’ movement and for this they can prepare a strategy from the central government.

According to media reports, Captain Amarinder Singh may soon have a second round of talks with Amit Shah. There is also a possibility of meeting PM Modi, in which there will be talk of the last round. After a prolonged tussle with Punjab Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, the Captain tendered his resignation after being troubled by internal squabbles. It is being said that Captain Amarinder Singh can enter BJP by solving the ongoing dispute over agricultural laws.


It is being said in some media reports that Captain Amarinder Singh may join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The possibility of making him the Agriculture Minister at the Center is also being expressed. If Captain Amarinder Singh joins the Bharatiya Janata Party, the party can send him to the Rajya Sabha. Along with this, he can also be included in the cabinet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and made Agriculture Minister.
