Rahul Gandhi said that the peasants spoke through the movement. It is the duty of all of us to raise our voices and support their demands.

Farmers are protesting against the farm law. An eighth round of meetings will be held on Friday between the farmers’ organizations and the government to end the stalemate over the law. Before the Sarkar-Kishan talks, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi accused the Modi government of cheating the country’s donors for the benefit of bourgeois friends. He appealed to the people to support the farmers.

Sharing the video, Rahul Gandhi tweeted, “The Modi government has betrayed the country’s food for the benefit of its bourgeois friends. The peasants have spoken through the movement. It is our responsibility to support everyone by raising the voices of donors and their demands.”

The farmers’ movement against the agricultural law entered its 44th day on Friday. The discussions that have taken place so far between the agro-based organizations and the government on repealing or repealing the agricultural law are futile. Farmers’ organizations have made it clear that they are not prepared to accept less than the repeal of these laws altogether.

Meanwhile, Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar told news agency ANI on Friday that he was hoping to find a solution today. He said, “I hope today’s discussion will be in a positive atmosphere and a solution will be found. During the talks, both sides will have to take steps to find a solution.”
