Union Health Minister got PhD degree, Mandaviya said – important achievement for me


Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has been conferred with Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. The Union Minister himself has given this information through a tweet on Tuesday. The Union Minister said, ‘This PhD’s journey has taken me from gross knowledge to subtle knowledge. This is a very important achievement in my life. The university thanks my guide and everyone who has supported me in my research journey. Let us inform here that the Union Minister has obtained a PhD degree on Community Development and the role of Gram Vidyapeeths in future challenges. The Union Minister has got this degree from Maharaja Krishnakumar Singh Ji Bhavnagar University.

The university also tweeted on the achievement of the Union Minister. The university tweeted, “We are very happy to inform that our student and Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has obtained a PhD degree on Community Development and Role of Village Vidyapeeths in future challenges. The Union Minister started PhD studies from December 18, 2017. His PhD degree has been completed on October 1, 2021.

Apart from this, the Union Minister on Tuesday released UNICEF’s global report The State of the World’s Children 2021 – On My Mind: Promoting, Protecting and Caring for Children’s Mental Health. Mandaviya said that the biggest educational institution is the family and families should encourage the children to talk openly about any such problem that arises.


He said that nowadays there is very little interaction between the children and elders of the family. Mandaviya said it is important that all family members sit together and parents should treat their children like friends so that children can talk freely. The elders should also keep a close watch on the changes in the behavior of the children.
