All India Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi has retaliated on the statement of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath of UP government regarding the defeat of Sikandar in the war against Chandragupta. Owaisi called it wrong and said that ‘Hindutva is a factory of false history’. Owaisi tweeted that Yogi’s claim was false and said that there was no war between Chandragupta and Sikandar. This is another example why we need a good education system.
Owaisi tweeted, “Hindutva is a factory of false history. There was never a war between Chandragupta and Sikandar. This is another example why we need a good public education system. In the absence of good schools, Baba people make facts according to their convenience. Baba does not give importance to education and it is visible.
Addressing the social representative conference in Lucknow, CM Yogi Adityanath said, “How history is distorted. History has not described Ashoka or Chandragupta Maurya as great, who was called great? The one who was defeated by Chandragupta, called Alexander the great. How much deception has happened with the country. But historians are silent on this, the reason is, if the truth comes in front of the Indians, then the society will stand once again. When the society stands, the country will stand. Today PM Modi is building the nation.
Hindutva is a fake history factory. Chandragupta & Alexander never met in war. This is yet another example of why we need a good public education system. In absence of good schools, Baba-log get to make up according to the facts. Baba doesn’t value education & it shows https://t.co/nFWqvoRZLy

Without naming the Samajwadi Party, Yogi said that those who are now raising the issue of partition are supporters of Taliban. “Those who are now speaking about Partition are in a way supporting the Taliban. As the Taliban re-emerged in Afghanistan, many came in their support. When strict action was taken, their voices softened.” Yogi said, “We should not forget how the Taliban demolished the Buddha statues in Bamiyan.”
