According to the Meteorological Department, a warning has been issued to Maharashtra, Telangana, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka due to the low pressure area in the Bay of Bengal.
North India Weather
On the other hand, if we talk about North India, the weather in this state has started getting cold since morning and evening. A warning has also been issued for the general weather in the hill states of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir. The weather in the plains will remain dry. On the other hand, the weather will change in states like Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar.
Heavy rains in Mumbai last night caused waterlogging on the roads near Sion Police Station and Kigs Circle. Along with this, many areas of Mumbai including Byculla, Hindmata, Kurla, King Circle have also been flooded by roads. Red alerts have been issued in North Konkan as well as Mumbai and police stations.
