Scuffle in Rajya Sabha: Congress MPs shed tears in front of media, told BJP anti-women


Two women Congress MPs have been accused of manhandling the marshals in the Rajya Sabha on August 11. After these allegations, both the women MPs wept in front of the media and called themselves innocent. On Wednesday, Congress women MPs Chhaya Verma and Phoolo Devi Netam appeared in front of the media in a press conference in Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh. Both accused the BJP government at the Center of being anti-women and termed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah as ruiners of the country.

Both the women MPs present at Rajiv Bhawan in Raipur said that there is no truth in the allegations leveled against them by the BJP Lok Sabha MP from Chhattisgarh. He claimed that he was abused in Parliament. Both the MPs alleged that Modi and Amit Shah are ruining the country. Let us tell you that during the Monsutra session, it is being said that action is being taken against the MPs who create ruckus and disrupt the proceedings of the Rajya Sabha. In this case, two marshals had written a letter to the secretary and lodged a complaint against both these MPs of Congress that they both had a scuffle with them. Apart from this, he was also accused of causing damage to government property.


A complaint has also been made to Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu in this matter. Based on this complaint, a committee has been formed to investigate. Soon this committee will submit its report, on the basis of which action will be taken. According to some media reports, the names of Congress MPs Syed Nasir Hussain, Ripun Bora, Pratap Singh Bajwa, Phoolo Devi Netam, Chhaya Verma, Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Deepender Singh Hooda and Rajmani Patel are named in this complaint.

Apart from these, the names of TMC MPs Dola Sen, Shanta Chhetri, Mausam Noor, Abir Ranjan Biswas and Arpita Ghosh are also there. The names of Shiv Sena MPs Priyanka Chaturvedi and Anil Desai have also been given in this complaint. E. Karim of Left Party and Sanjay Singh of Aam Aadmi Party are also named.
