Witness Vijay Pagare in Aryan Khan drug case has claimed that Aryan Khan, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, has been implicated in the case. Not only this, the witness has narrated the entire incident in a sequential manner and claimed that a big game plan was made to implicate Aryan Khan. The Narcotics Control Bureau had arrested Aryan Khan on October 3 in connection with the alleged seizure of drugs from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.

Witness Vijay Pagare alleged that the raid was pre-planned. The witness said, ‘I had given money to Sunil Patil for some work in 2018-19 and for the last 6 months I was following him to get that money back. In September this year we were in a hotel room where Sunil Patil told Bhanushali that a big game had happened.

Pagare further said that on October 3, Bhanushali met me and asked me to accompany him to collect money. When I was in the car with him, I heard him say that it was a matter of Rs 25 crore, but the deal has been settled for Rs 18 crore and Rs 50 lakh has been taken. After this we reached the NCB office, where I saw the whole atmosphere. When I reached back to the hotel, I saw the news on TV that Shahrukh Khan’s son has been caught. Then I understood that there is a big mistake and Aryan Khan has been framed.

Significantly, 23-year-old Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 and got bail from the Bombay High Court after spending nearly three weeks in jail. Earlier, Prabhakar Sail, another independent witness in the case, had alleged that some NCB officials tried to extort money in lieu of releasing Aryan. NCB is already probing these allegations.
