Oxygen, Vaccine and Remedisvir … Foreign Ministry working in Corona crisis like this


The second wave of Corona virus has caused such devastation in India that the country’s health system seems to be bending over the virus. India is being provided help from abroad in this fight being fought against Corona virus. The Ministry of External Affairs has made it clear that in this fight being fought against the pandemic, its objective is to get oxygen, vaccine and remodevir. The Ministry of External Affairs is constantly engaged in obtaining all these medical supplies.

India’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar would personally thank his counterparts in Singapore and Thailand on the Saturday of the call. It has been reported that both leaders will be thanked for helping India in the fight being fought with the Corona virus. Along with this, the Foreign Minister has given instructions to all Indian embassies to collect medical supplies.

According to people familiar with the matter, Jaishankar held a virtual meeting with Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan in which the Foreign Minister appreciated the help given as a medical supply to India. The Modi government has also praised his role played by Thailand as a supplier of oxygen tankers to India in times of crisis.


Even before he had a virtual meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Chinese state councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Jaishankar told the heads of all India’s campaigns on Thursday that he aimed to get oxygen, vaccines and remodevir in India. While the EAM made it clear that since India’s vaccine friendship has generated a lot of goodwill for the country, the time has come for all countries to come forward to help India in this difficult time.

Jaishankar’s meeting with Blinken was very fruitful. The US Secretary said that the United States stands with India in the fight being fought with the Corona epidemic. During his talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, Jaishankar requested China to lift non-market barriers and allow goods to flow to India as well as approve evacuation devices via special flights . China’s written response to this is awaited.
