India leads the world by putting 10 million vaccines, 39 lakh people are getting vaccinated every day

Amidst the growing infection of Corona, India set a record by putting 100 million anti-corona vaccines in the shortest time. It took India 85 days, America 89 days and China 102 days to achieve this goal. In this sense, India’s vaccination campaign is the fastest in the world.

The Union Health Ministry said that India remains at the top in terms of vaccine doses being given globally. On an average 38,93,288 vaccines are being administered every day in the country. According to the ministry, 60.62 percent of the vaccinations conducted so far in the country have been in eight states, including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala. On April 9, 34,15,055 doses of the vaccine were given on the 84th day of the vaccination campaign. Out of which 30,06,037 beneficiaries received the first dose and 4,09,018 beneficiaries received the second dose. According to the provisional report till 7:30 pm on Saturday evening, a total of 10,12,84,282 doses of the vaccine have been given in the country.

The health workers were given the first dose of Kovid-19 vaccine in the country from January 16, the advance front staff from February 2. After this, in the next phase starting from March 1, people over 60 years of age and 45 years and above are being vaccinated who are already suffering from other diseases. Now the vaccine dose is being given to all people above 45 years of age in the country from 1 April.

The Prime Minister’s Office also tweeted a chart showing the fastest vaccination in India and called it a strong effort for a healthy and covid-free India. The vaccination campaign was launched across the country on 16 January. During the nationwide immunization, a total of 29,65,886 doses were given till 8 pm Saturday night on the 85th day.
