Hurricane Toute weakened as Deshaftar decreased, heavy rains in many states


Cyclone ‘Toute’ has weakened after moving north-east. However, due to its impact, heavy rains occurred in many states including UP, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh received rains with strong winds. In many districts of UP, there was a heavy fall in temperature due to rain.

Cyclonic storm slows down after reaching Rajasthan

Cyclonic storm ‘Taukate’ reached Rajasthan and slowed down. According to the information received, the storm moved towards Udaipur and weakened its impact. Due to this, it rained in Udaipur in the state with strong wind and in some places there are reports of trees falling and lightning failure. Similarly, there was a thick cloud in the sky in Jaipur. The Ministry of Earth Sciences said that it is expected to grow from northeast of Rajasthan to west Uttar Pradesh during the next two days of talk. However, its speed has now slowed down considerably.

Heavy rains in Madhya Pradesh:

After the change in the weather of Madhya Pradesh due to the impact of the storm, the order of strong winds and rain is going on in many places in the state. Due to this, a drop in temperature has also been recorded. According to the local meteorological center, during the last one or two days, after the western part of the state, there has also been rain in the north and eastern part. Light rains were also recorded in Tikamgarh, Sheopurkala, Ujjain, Shajapur, Ratlam, Hoshangabad, Pachmarhi, Betul, Sagar, Raisen, Gwalior, Sidhi, Rewa, Narsinghpur, Malajkhand, Bhopal, Khajuraho, Indore, Jabalpur, Dhar and nearby districts. . In these areas, cold winds along with rain also occurred and due to this, people have got a lot of relief from the heat due to the fall in temperature.


Death toll due to cyclone in Gujarat is 46

About 46 people died in 12 districts of Gujarat due to cyclone Tauket. Officials said on Wednesday that 15 people died in the worst-hit Saurashtra region due to the cyclone. The storm passed off the state’s coast in the form of a severe cyclonic storm on Monday night and knocked over the state around late one and a half hours. An official of the State Disaster Campaign Center said that eight people each died in Bhavnagar and Gir Somnath coastal districts.

Five people died in Ahmedabad, two in Kheda, one each in Anand, Valsad, Surat, Valsad, Rajkot, Navsari and Panchmahal districts, the official said. He said that 24 people died due to falling walls during the storm, while six people died due to falling trees on them. Five people died due to collapse of the house and the current, four people died due to collapse of the roof and one person died due to the collapse of the tower.
