In Bihar, the last Bahubali MP of Siwan, Mohammad Shahabuddin, will not be cremated at Pratappur in Siwan. The court has not allowed the dead body to be taken to the village. Because of this, Mohammad Shahabuddin will be in Shaheen Bagh in Delhi and is expected to be executed. However, the relatives are preparing to knock the door of the Supreme Court to take the body to the village.
Let us tell that Mo Shahabuddin, the Bahubali leader of Bihar’s Siwan and former MP, died from Corona on Saturday morning. This was confirmed by the Tihar Jail Administration after several hours. Significantly, Shahabuddin, who is serving life imprisonment in Tihar Jail, was admitted to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital after Corona infection, where his condition remained critical. The Delhi High Court had instructed the Delhi government and the Tihar Jail administration to provide medical surveillance and appropriate treatment to Mohammad Shahabuddin after he was infected with Corona.
Let us know that in September last year, Sheikh Mohammad Hasibullah (90 years), father of former MP Mohammad Shahabuddin, died. At that time, there was no approval from Tihar to bring Shahabuddin on parole. More than three dozen criminal cases are going on against former MP Mohammad Shahabuddin, who is serving a sentence of imprisonment in Tihar Jail in the murder case. On 15 February 2018, the Supreme Court ordered him to be brought to Tihar from Siwan Jail in Bihar.
