Farmers protest: On Thursday, farmers and people of Kamala village, who were protesting against the agricultural law, came face to face at Bastada Toll Plaza in Kaimala village of Karnal. In fact, on January 10, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has a Krishak Mahapanchayat program in Kamala village, which is being opposed by the farmers sitting in the movement. In such a situation, the farmers want to surround the place by sitting on the display, but the people of this village prevent them from advancing in front of these farmers on Friday.
On January 10, Khattar was going to hold a farmers’ mahapanchayat, in protest, the farmers said that the convener of the program and Gharandar BJP MLA Harbinder Kalyan’s house would be cordoned off, where the police took very strict measures, but the farmers evaded the administration and turned into Kamala village.

But the farmers had only reached the village of Kamla when the people there prevented them from advancing. The atmosphere became hot for a while. The farmers wanted to go ahead and get the CM’s program to such a place, but the people of Kamala village did not allow them to go ahead. There were slogans from both sides and later the peasants were not allowed to proceed and the peasants returned peacefully.
Currently, the plan for the event in Khattar is intact on January 10 and all eyes are on the program. The peasants sitting in the movement do not want the event to take place and the people and administration of the village want the program to be done in such a way that they can see what happens.
