Earlier on Saturday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also spoke to US counterpart Antony Blinken and discussed the latest changes in Afghanistan. Let us tell you that this conversation took place two days after the suicide attack outside Kabul airport. In this attack, 13 American soldiers as well as 170 Afghan civilians were killed. ISIS-Khorasan claimed responsibility for this attack.
