With the Government of India Arogya Setu app, which keeps an account of the patients of Kovid-19, its users will now be able to delete their account as well as their entire data. An option has been added to this by updating the app, so that you will be able to share your health data on the app on other health related apps. These new changes are currently available only on Android apps and will be available to iOS users soon.
The developers of Arogya Setu have recently added a new feature to it, which allows you to assess the risk level based on your bluetooth contact.
Users of any other health app can view your health data by going to ‘Settings’ and ‘Approval for Arogya Setu States’. The biggest update in the app is that an option has been added to it, so that anyone can permanently delete their account from the Arogya Setu app. Your data will also be deleted but not immediately. Even after deleting your account, your data will remain on the government servers for the next 30 days and only then it will be deleted.
