China is doing some mischief again, Rahul Gandhi said – India is living in the shadow of a new war

There is still an atmosphere of tension between India and China on the Line of Actual Control. Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has said on Twitter that India is now living in the shadow of a new war. Rahul has shared a news in which it is said that China is intensifying its infrastructure near the border. Quoting media reports, the former Congress president wrote, “At the border we are facing a new war paradigm. Ignoring it will not work.”

In the news shared by Rahul Gandhi on Twitter, it has been claimed that China is continuously deploying its weapons near the border in Ladakh and is also doing maneuvers. The report said that China is also doing drills during night time.

Let us tell you that Rahul Gandhi has been criticizing the government for handling the border standoff between India and China since last year’s clash between India-China troops at Pangong Lake. Both sides have gradually increased their deployment by carrying thousands of soldiers as well as heavy weapons. After several military and diplomatic talks, the two sides completed the demilitarization process in the Gogra region last month.

In February, the two sides withdrew troops and weapons from the northern and southern shores of Pangong Lake in line with an agreement on secession. Both countries currently have about 50,000 to 60,000 troops deployed along the LAC in the sensitive area.
