Case filed against former Shiv Sena councilor for breaking Kovid rules, more than 500 people had engaged in marriage

Before Maharashtra’s welfare, a case has been registered against Shiv Sena Councilor Sunil Vale for breaking the Corona rule. More than 50 people were invited to his daughter’s wedding, while the administration fixed the maximum number of guests for the wedding between Corona. Apart from Vale, a case has been registered against the father of another bride and the owner of the wedding hall. Let me tell you that since Saturday night, pictures and videos of the crowd gathered at the wedding became viral on social media, after which the matter came to light.

Hall administrator Ramesh Singh was arrested by the police on Sunday itself. However, Sunil Vale and Suresh Mhatre are yet to be arrested. The three have been booked under sections 188, 269 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). According to the police, two separate weddings were organized at Bhavani Marriage Hall at Chikanaghar in Kalyan (West) at around 9.15 pm on Saturday night. One of whom was married to the daughter of former Shiv Sena councilor Sunil Vale.

Police said that around 500 people were present in this wedding and the party was being done without any social distancing and mask. We visited the spot and arrested the Hall Administrator as well. The process of arrest of two others is going on. .
