Assembly Election 2021: Congress elected Chhattisgarh minister TS Singhdev from Delhi as supervisor of Tripura

Chhattisgarh Health Minister TS Singhdev has been appointed as Senior AICC Supervisor of Tripura by Delhi Congress Headquarters.

In view of the assembly elections to be held in five states, the Congress Party has appointed an observer for Tripura. Chhattisgarh Health Minister TS Singhdev has been appointed as Senior AICC Supervisor of Tripura by Delhi Congress Headquarters. A notification has also been issued in this regard.

The State Election Commission said on Tuesday that the 30-member Tripura will go to polls on April 4. State Election Commissioner Manik Lal Dey said that the counting of votes will take place on 8 April.

He said that the last date for submission of nomination is March 12, while the scrutiny of documents would be on March 15 and the last date for withdrawal of nomination would be March 17. Also, the tenure of the council expired on 17 May last year. But the election was postponed by the State Election Commission due to the Kovid-19 epidemic. Tripura ADC election date was announced on 4 April 2021.

For information, let us know that the Model Code of Conduct is in force throughout the state. This time a total of 8,65,041 voters are eligible to exercise their franchise. There are a total of 4,36,548 male voters and 4,28,490 female voters. Three voters are from the transgender community. This time polling will be held at 1,244 polling stations.
