When the Air India plane arrived at the Indira Gandhi Airport (Indira Gandhi) in Delhi, there was a lot of chaos.

There was a lot of chaos today when an Air India flight carrying passengers from the United Kingdom arrived at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Airport (Indira Gandhi). It was the first flight from India since air travel was banned from the UK last month due to a strain case of the new Corona virus. About two-and-a-half passengers on the flight were seen complaining of cowardly testing and confusion over quarantine rules. Many passengers complained about the situation on Twitter, saying they also tagged Union Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in their ‘complaint message’.

A man who described himself as Gauri Shankar Das posted a picture of the newborn. This newborn baby is lying on the floor of the airport wrapped in a blanket. According to Gauri Shankar, the airport authorities did not allow the daughter’s stroller to be removed from the luggage. He tweeted, ‘Dear Arvind Kejriwal, I am a passenger on Flight 112 from London with my four and a half month old daughter. You stopped us all. At least have mercy on the children. There is no food for my daughter, they did not let me remove the stroller. After all, how cruel people can be. He also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his tweet.

Significantly, this morning CM Kejriwal of Delhi said that even if the corona virus test is negative, passengers from the UK will be sent to the institute’s quarantine for the first seven days of home quarantine. According to the order, passengers who are found positive will be kept in the facility of individual institutional isolation. Apart from these, passengers who are found to be negative will be institutionally quarantined for al days and then quarantined at home for home days. The Delhi government has issued the order till January 14 on the basis of examination. As per the order of the Delhi government, all passengers arriving from the UK will be compulsorily tested at the Delhi Airport RT-PCR and the same passengers will have to pay for it.

Although the announcement came after an Air India flight from London landed here, it surprised passengers arriving in Delhi. One passenger arrived in Delhi arguing with the man wearing the PPE kit and tweeted a video of another passenger. In his tweet, he wrote, ‘@HardiSpuri, I have just come from London and I am in a very bad condition at Delhi Airport. We are being asked to go to the Institution Quarantine while we have a negative RTPCR report. This is not mentioned in your SOP @airindiain
