7 people killed after uncontrolled diesel tanker collides with Innova on Yamuna Expressway

A major accident occurred on the Yamuna Expressway in Mathura in Uttar Pradesh late at night. Let me tell you that late Tuesday night a speeding tanker filled with diesel uncontrolled and broke the divider and overturned the Innova car coming from Agra. 7 people died in this accident.

On receiving the information of the accident, DM Navneet Chahal and SSP Gaurav Grover reached the spot and started the path smoothly by running a rescue operation. The accident took place near Milestone 68 in Naujil area. Police has sent all the bodies for postmortem.

According to the news agency ANI, there was a major accident on Yamuna Expressway late night when the tanker (HR69-3433) coming from Noida uncontrolled and broke the divider and came on the road going from Agra to Noida. The Innova car number overturned to HR 33D 0961. Due to the overturning of the tanker, 7 people on board died on the spot. The accident was so severe that the Innova car flew away.

All the deceased living in Safidon Jind

Manoj, Babita, Abhay, Komal, Kallu, Himadri and Driver Rakesh were killed in the accident in Innova aboard village Safidon Jind. Police, expressway personnel and rescue teams reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported. DM Navneet Chahal and SSP Gaurav Grover also reached the spot and started evacuating those trapped in the car. The SSP also reported that the tanker was of diesel and had spread on the road. For this reason, the safety unit and fire engine of the refinery are working on the spot, so that no more untoward happens.
